Zero Screentime Sundays
I've started playing with this idea for the last two weeks. I don't open my laptop. I don't touch my phone. I don't touch any screens all day long. I started with an 18-hour no-internet challenge. Next week I extended it to 24 hours. The shit is powerful.
One recurring theme I've noticed is that I keep fighting the urge all day long. Heck, I even count down the time waiting to reconnect to the internet. But I finally do after finishing the challenge, I'm like "That's it? That's what I was craving so badly"
I'm gonna keep doing this challenge and give myself one day per week to fully be with family, and nature and in touch with my soul
